At the moment. It does not look like it.

There are three IM clients being developed for BB being
released by Telcos:

Google Talk. (Web Based)
Yahoo Messenger. (Web Based)
Blackberry Messenger. (BB Based)
Web based means they are client pull based, and can take up
more bandwidth to operate, costing you money in data
connectivity.
