#248 Window title flicker and 100% CPU usage with Emacs 21.3

The title of a window with GNU Emacs 21.3 flickers
constantly. At the same time the "XFree86" process
shows a CPU usage of about 80%. The rest of about 20%
is shared by the blackbox, bbkeys and emacs processes.
While Emacs is running, the auto-hidden slit and the
toolbar will not show when one hovers with the mouse
pointer over them.

Happens with a vanilla GNU Emacs (Xaw menus) on XFree86
4.3.0 (from Debian/sid which is quite heavily patched).

not a problem... a colleage of mine reported the same thing
to me on friday, so i fixed it ;)
