#3 BBLight - Ability to specify light level/brightness

Add ability to specify the light level/brightness level to
use. For the 7290, the current light level is the dimmer
of the two brightness levels that you get when you hit
the power button.

Would be nice to allow the user to specify the exact
brightness percent (for those models that support
multiple light levels).
