#3 Correction Removes Spacing

After corrector finds a mispelled word, I select a word to
be corrected and do a suggestion which brings up a list
of suggestions. When I select one of the suggestions,
corrector not only replaces the mispelled word, it also
removes the previous space..

ex. "My world iz looking up" corrects to "My worldis
looking up..."

exact quote...

I typed "this iz a test" it corrected to "thisis a test"

Yes - exact problem. Searched everywhere. Found several
posts stating the same thing, yet no solution anywhere.

Same issue, only it seems to be deleting more than just the
space before the corrected word - it sometimes takes part
of the previous word.

did the install on three units all with the same result -
the spacing issue.

Same issue here. BB 7250 updated to VWZ new OS 4.0.2 and
now when I go to correct a word it backspaces over the
last to char's in the previous word. Can someone please
provide a solution!!!!

I too have had this same problem. I am using the server @
http://bb.nexstanza.com/ on a BB 8700C w/Cingular.

I too have had this same problem (also seems to delete
portions of the previous word sometimes, and also negates
the lookups of other questionable spellings). I am using
the server @ http://bb.nexstanza.com/ on a BB 8700C w/Cingular.
