I have no idea why this happens. It may be because BKM loads some
ActiveX component which triggers the Dell Picture Studio - similar to
what sometimes may trigger the MS Office Installer at will. But I
really have no exact idea.

PS: Please note, that I don't develop on BKM anymore because of my
    switch to Linux.
