#18 Duplicate entries in new.html generated by newbase.html

If your bookmarks put the same new link into a variety of
folders (something that often happens for any bookmark that
is difficult to classify), the new list of bookmarks that is
created by "newadd" has duplicate entries. This problem is
sufficiently annoying to the many users of
http://loll.sf.net/linux/links/new.html that we have had to put
special messages at the start of the page to explain the
problem.

The simple fix required is to eliminate adjacent duplicate
bookmarks that appear when newadd does the sort by
most-recently-created.

I should add this problem occurs for the Debian testing version of
bk2site, Version: 1:1.1.9-2, and unfortunately I don't understand
bk2site well enough to do the above fix for myself. However, if you
do the fix, I will be happy to test it for you!
