Wiki Book navigation works using forward and backward pages at top of body area.
BUT not from the table of contents.
ie a page listed in the table of contents can not be clicked on to take you to that page.
Doing so results in a white screen of nothing.
What I found when I looked at the source code was that the code automatically generated by the {toc} command in a wiki book is that it was somewhat truncated compared to what I think ought to be entered

compared to what I then tried (and it worked)
a href="../../../wiki/index.php?structure_id=275">
Could this be the issue?
