I have a little problem with dial tone. I search, and not found where can i change the default dial tone. Can I upload custom dial tone or change the default? Because the default dial tone means "busy" in Hungary, and i must change it.

The Busy tone in Hungary is defined with cadence of 0.3 seconds on 0.3 seconds off, which is, in bitswitcher, similar to the ERROR tone and much different to the VOIP_DIAL tone. Which tone would you like as a dial tone? In Phone Options, try setting your primary connection to PSTN, and you will get a continuous tone.
In Phone Settings, you may change between countries Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Sweden, Finland, ETS (European Telecommunications Standards), Italy, United States of America, Japan, and China, and their respective tones. Actually, the tones for the other countries are not provided, so you have only the choice of Germany.

Thanks a reply. i try what you say but not work. I need continous dial tone. I set my primary connection to PSTN, and when i change in phone settings any other country than Germany, i have no sound. Only Germany settings have dial tone, but this isn't continous. What's a problem?
My settings:
primary connection PSTN
choose manually second connection On
hide phone number Off
enable CLIP Off
call waiting Off
enable PSTN On
connection fallback On
ATA-restart on PPP-restart On
enable Arcor-VoIP-fix Off
