Hello, I'm thinking of buying W500V, but first I need to know a few things:
1. Is it possible to change the MAC addresses of Eth interface (by ifconfig?).
2. My VOIP operator suggests using G729a or G726-32 codecs. Is it possible to choose one of them in BitSwitcher? I went through the Dokumentation and didn't find anything helpfull.
3. Can the analogue telephone be connected to RJ-11 (for VOIP calls) or only to the German TAE socket on the bottom of the router?

The box only had TAE connectors, but I think there are adapters you can purchase.
There is nothing in the web interface about Codecs. For the moment you should assume that the support for different codecs is still minimal. But I don't think it's impossible.
