[BitPim-user] Error while downloading

when I tried to download bitpim 1.07 then1.06  on my netbook and then my other laptop both using  windows xp I get the message when its trying to setup   Erros occurred  see the logfile 'C/Progrma files/BitPim?bitpimw.exe.log" for details

Thenits says something about msvcr71.dll missing or beingcorupted.
I downloaded this  on a another computer and it works beautifully but now I'm trying to put it on another computer  downloading it and setting it up and its will not download, any suggestions  on whats going on or whats wrong.
