First release of Bitmailer

BitMailer is a console-based SMTP client with full SMTP authentification support. In next releases new features like more than one attachment per mail will come. It's still in Version 0.0.1 because only basic features are available at the moment. The release number will increase with future bugfixes and new features.
Help especially for english documentation is very welcome.
The program is written in C++ and tested with different linux systems, compiled with g++. So it should run one all other systems where g++ is available too.
