I'm having issue in following points please help me
1- why pdf or doc file preview in black & white color but want to preview orignal colors
2- why pdf format always archive as audit-proof condition?
3- doc file is not previewing
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
1) open the Configuration File scripts.ini (%bitfarm-archiv%).
search for the option "archpdfincolor=false" set the parameter to "archpdfincolor=true".
2) the basic setting is that pdf format documents are archived as audit-proof condition. There is no option to change this setting.
3) check the following path:
- open scripts.ini - check the option "openofficepath"
- open profile.con - check the option "gsview"
- open the VBScript Archivierung.vbs and set the parameter "scriptdebug=true"
After you set the "scriptdebug" parameter "true" open the eventviewer from Windows ,archive a new docfile and send me the eventviewer - errrormessages(WSH).
Best Regards
