#9 Source and binary packages

Both source and binary packages should be available
for download in the provided packaging formats for
future releases.

Source packages should have "-src" or similar in the
name to differentiate them from binaries.

Binary and source packages should include the version
number in the name to prevent confusion by users who
download multiple versions. As standard practice, the
name reflects the fact that the package contains a
directory of the same name with the applications
contents.
