#24 magnet (+other p2p) building option (local, no submit)

Bitcollider should do as much as the Kazaa "Magnet
Builder" app -- compose a cut-and-pastable magnet-link
for the user, containing some or all of the relevant
hashes.

On windows, this would appear in some sort of
selectable text area, perhaps in a pop-up browser
window. On linux, this would apper on stdout when
selected as an option.
