BioXTAS RAW is a program for analysis of Small Angle X-ray Scattering data. The software enables data reduction from the 2D detector image, including calibration, masking, and radial integration. It allows data manipulation of the 1D scattering profiles, including averaging, subtraction, and merging. It enables analysis of radius of gyration (Rg) and molecular weight of the macromolecules. It provides easy analysis of online SEC-SAXS data. It also can calculate the inverse fourier transform of the scattering profile using Bayesian methods (BIFT). Finally, it allows use of the ATSAS package programs GNOM (for calculating IFTs), AMBIMETER (for assessing ambiguity of 3D reconstructions), and DAMMIF/DAMAVER (for reconstructin 3D shapes). This requires a separate installation of the ATSAS programs.
