#145 Look into adding new IFT function to RAW

I'd like to have an IFT function that is not ATSAS dependent (GNOM) but lets you specify Dmax manually (not BIFT). Perhaps the new method that Tom Grant developed (currently on bioRxiv) might do the trick:
