#123 Refine series range finding

Series auto range finding should have a final refinement step for sample (and maybe buffer?). For sample this would be taking the found range, then extending each side until the range stops working, to incorporate as much data as possible.

Should find a way to prevent buffer range from hugging the base of the peak quite so much, as I think it rides up the base too much sometimes. Maybe extend the exclusion zone based on FWHW for the search?
