I've read the paper: BioSimplify: an open source sentence simplification engine to improve recall in automatic biomedical information extraction.
And downloaded the sofware. I would like try to it for summarizing a small corpus of biomedical papers and then do some processing stuff. Unfortunately I couldn't run it (I've downloaded eclipse workspace and tried to open the project there, but still no luck) Do you have some documentation or user manual for how to use it?
