There is problem with opening manual for all languages except for ca, es, en, missing redirect into English manual.
For example, for Turkush missing http://biogenesis.sourceforge.net/manual.php.tr
There is fix: checking language in code and redirect into http://biogenesis.sourceforge.net/manual.php for all languages (except for ca, es, en).

New patch's version for using installed manual with priority if installed manual exists.
If there is no installed manual, then to open web-pages correctly.
