I am looking for BioC C++ implementation. Where can I find it?

BioC C++ implementation has currently two versions in the download section:
BioC_C++_1.0 and
BioC_C++_1.1

Details on what is included in each package, installation and sample test programs are found in the respective ReadMe files of each package.

The second version, contains part-of-speech and C and C parser modules and test programs, which complete the C++ NLP pre-processing pipeline.
