It's in your tomcat directory (next to bin, conf, webapps, work,
etcetera).
Are you administrator on your computer?

Hi Ruben, 

thanks for your reply. I checked all the user rights. Even changing
everything in my tomcat folder to rwx for everybody. Still no success.
What is the exact folder the database wants to install itself?
