Hi,

It looks like the two packages bika.lims, and bika.health, are not both
up-to-date.  In src/bika.health, it seems like the code is up-to-date, but
either src/bika.lims is not up-to-date, or it does not exist or is not
specified as a develop egg in buildout.cfg.

Please let me know if this fixes the issue, I had a look now and these
imports appear to be correct.
