I don't know much about Transifex, but it should be 100% fine.
I was just concerned with getting a web interface for translating.

Actually I was also thinking that it would be cool if you hook up with
Dwayne Bailey. He's behind the http://translate.org.za/ project of
which Pootle is part, and they also have a footprint in Vietnam. I
wouldn't be surprised if you share users. But that's beside the point
if we're just talking about translation.
