#172 Strange names appearing

I've got several reports that from time to time strange
names like "system.pr1070334245" may appear.

I assume this is some buffered-file-writing bug where
the writing process fork()s without cleaning up file
handles/buffers, first.

I got a similar error like having duplicated lines in the output
of self programmed checks written in ksh.

Is there a workaround meanwhile? I am using the 0.98c8
version of BS. But I already faced this problems in earlier
versions.
