#15 Themes - images and includes

Allow images specific to a theme to be stored in it's own images subdir under the theme name. e.g. themes/default/images

This will require refactoring of the templates/includes so that the theme can be passed to the templating engine.

Will need to completely remove the includes/ (which are by nature static) and integrate them into templates/* to that image links used in them can be generated dynamically so using the selected theme.
