simple TextArea instead of form based editor

It would be nice to also include a simple emacs like
(bibtex-mode) editor instead of the form editor you
have now. This allows advanced users to quickly edit
the bibliographies and browse them in native form.
Furthermore, it allows more easily the addition of
fields that are normally not used within bibtex, but
may be used to anotate bibliographies with additional
fields.
in case of a question, about this feature, please
contact gregor@mcs.anl.gov
Also it is quite inconvenient to have a tab panel to
switch between required and optional fields. It may be
better to do this in one window.
Maybe you could add an option that configures the
editor window appropiatly.

Thanks for your suggestions! We'll add a panel in the entry editor that shows
the bibtex source for the entry, and you'll also be able to edit your entry
through it - I think we'll make an option in the Preferences to show this panel
by default instead of the Required panel.
We'll consider your suggestion to (optionally) gather the optional and required
fields in a single panel. Presently, you can change panels by pressing
CTRL-SHIFT and arrow left or right (this is probably not communicated well
enough to users).
