#769 "New Publication from Clipboard" into static group

When creating a "New Publication from Clipboard" with a copied bibtex text the currently selected static group is not respected.
Unlike "New Publication" where the new entry is put as well in the currently selected group.

It would be cool if "New Publication from Clipboard" would go directly into the selected static group.

This is done on purpose, as it generically will call on the sheet to import possibly multiple items.
