I had same problem on both laptop and hp desktop pc. There
in not any problem with version 0.35b.
I downloaded iso image from another mirror. The result is
same.
After uncompressing linux it display the following output and
freeze.
Sweet!!! Running off cd-rom... and the xirtam has you!

Same problem on my Gateway laptop: the keyboard is not
recognised during the boot. I cannot select boot options in
either Knoppix, Ultimate Boot CD or Fire. Once the boot
process has completed with the defaults, the keyboard works
fine. I suspect it's due to some weird way the laptop
keyboards work.

SANS conference in San Francisco. I thought it was just a
bad CD...
