#207 Show Raw Message doesn't work for these messages

When I select "Show Raw Message" from the menu for
these messages, BeMail only shows a blank message area.
If I select "Show Header" instead, then the proper raw
message content is shown (along with all the headers).
I have included two examples in test.zip.

I just checked these messages with the new release (2.3.0
Final) and they still exhibit the same problem.
