Same Domains/Account Names

Hi,
We are having a problem where a few computers will not show a few other computers in the chat and the message reads "Connection Closed to user __ because it uses your account name or same account name of the already connected user ______". I understand this has something to do with the domains of each computer, but I have no idea how to fix it!

This situation happens when a wrong configuration is performed on user recognition on those computers that are not placed in a domain and where users use the same account to log into different computers.
The problem is solved by enabling the option in the menu "Settings" - "Users" - "Recognize user" - "By nickname" and using on each BeeBEEP in the network a different nickname for each user.
It is recommended to use "Recognize user" by "Account name..." only in those networks that have a domain and where all people always log into the computer with their own credentials.
