#961 plugins automatically re-enabled, and NumberTextMarker issue on new lines

The NumberTextMarker feature doesn't work if the number signs are on a new line in a single message (following an imbedded CR-LF).

Disabling the NumberTextMarker plugin works, but then the plugin is re-enabled after restarting BeeBEEP. Worked around this by renaming C:\Program Files (x86)\BeeBEEP\numbertextmarker.dll to numbertextmarker.dll.RENAMED.

the plugin re-enabling on start appears to still be an issue in the current version

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your workaround.

Please note that disabling a plugin via the user interface is only intended as a temporary action (designed for toggling plugins on and off while the app is running if needed for a specific operation). Upon restarting BeeBEEP, the application automatically reloads its default plugins.

To permanently disable the plugin, removing or renaming the corresponding .dll file (by changing its file extension, just as you did) is indeed the correct and intended method.
