version: 5.8.4-1476-p90-qt5-64bit for Linux
I have "show only last messages" to 5, but every time I restart the app even though the setting is still "5" it gets ignored until I go into the setting and out of it again.
Fixed since build 1504. It will be available from version 5.8.6. Thank you very much for your feedback.
