launch, start application? open chat window?
If you want to prevent launch/start of the application by a user you have to change privileges in your OS for the BeeBEEP executable...

If I go to another site, it should temporary lock manually and open with pass code.
Just like Telegram (enter local passcode)

There is a passcode but it is for connection: so you can open BeeBEEP but you don't see any users online if they don't use your same passcode.
So if you want to protect your network, you can use a network password (same for all clients in the lan) or use the option "signature" in the file beebeep.rc (for all clients also).

In your case the beebeep.rc file can have these lines (Signature is a random string, so select whatever you want):
In this way BeeBEEP connects only to the clients with the same signature in beebeep.rc.
