Is there possible to have the interface from version 3 (or something similar) in version 5? I liked the fact that all the info was in a single windows: users on right, bellow writing mesages window and the main chat window. Once click a user the chat is displayed accordingly.

No... it is not possible. I'm very sorry.
You can open chats in a single window, so you have 2 windows (users and chat).
