#724 connection closed automatically

Sir,
Connections are going to automatically closed with activity showint that" connection closed to user XYZ @IP:6475 because it uses same account name of the already connected user ABC@IP:6475:lenevo" in activity remarks some text replaced due to security concern cant disclose and log can not be attached. This issue arrising with mostly users. Need help.

Usually this happens if you use recognize method 1or 2 and users have the same account name...

Probably in you rnetwork people log to their computers with the same account name like "User", "administrator", ...

You have to put Recognize method 3 in beebeep.rc or in BeeBEEP settings menu - Users - Recognize user - By nickname (default).

Or... if you use 1 (Recognize by account and domain) or 2 (recognize by account) you must be sure that all the users log in to their computer with different accounts (like in Active Directory domain).
