#698 Ctrl + Rtrn/Enter not working

Hello again!
My second ticket here is for the keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Rtrn/Enter not working. I use the option in the chat windows to make the Enter key go to the next line instead of sending a message. I recently realized there are keyboard shortcuts and Ctrl+Rtrn/Enter is supposed to send the message. It doesn't do anything for me except act as pressing the Enter key (goes down one line). I know this is the case in v5.6.8 and v5.8.2 as these are two versions I'm currently using on different machines.

Is there another option that needs to be checked off for this to work or is this a bug?

Hello Jon!
You have to do 2 things.
1) Enable custom shortcut box in Settings - Interface - Shorcuts...
2) Deselect the icon with "Enter button" in chat tool bar (it is the 9th icon from left in chat window).

The idea is this one. Normally you can send message with Enter button and with CTRL+Return you can go down one line.

With custom shortcut you can use Enter to go down one line and the your custom shortcut (by default CTRL+Enter) to send message.

Thanks for this. I saw the section with all of the keyboard shortcuts, somehow I managed to overlook the checkbox at the top. It's working correctly now that I checked that option. :) Sorry to bother you with this one.
