Usually this problem comes with the update (because the software is not signed I think... but sign codes has a cost that I don't want to pay (about 400$ per year and donations for BeeBEEP are about 150 per year)... :)
Windows firewall recognize that you use a "new" program and prevents incoming connection.

Remove BeeBEEP for windows firewall rules and re-add it...

Check "logs" in Main - Show BeeBEEP logs to see if there are Username collisions.
