Hi, I just installed BeeBEEP 5.4.2. I changed default beep sound to other .wav file and I'm able to play the sound through "Play beep" but everytime I got a message, there is no sound at all. Please help!

    Mmm... Which OS do you use? Windows? Linux? MacOSX?

    Hi from Belarus. I have a sound problem too. I am using WinXP and portable beebeep-5.4.2-qt487. Default beep sound and other selected not playing. Buzz sound not working too. But "Play beep" button not silent in the settings menu.

    Same here. I just downloaded and installed 5.4.2 on Windows 7.0 Pro, SP1. Default sound changed to beep.wav; I can hear the sound via "Play beep" but no sound or no pop up window when a message is sent via "All Users."

    Hello!
    You have to enable the option in menu "Settings" - "Chat" - "Enable notification also for chat with all users"
