I have beepbeep setup with a shortcut to autostart with my PC. I use a shortcut in the startup folder pointing to this directory. "C:\Program Files (x86)\BeeBeep\beebeep-3.0.3\beebeep.exe"

Every restart beebeep resets use shortcuts.

It also does not store my default image download folder.

    Hello! The other options are saved? It is strange that BeeBEEP resets only shortcut to "disabled".
    Do you send me the BeeBEEP log (View menu->Show BeeBEEP log -> Log to file)?
    Just start BeeBEEP and close it after 1 minute. I will see if storing settings works good...
    Thank you!

    It does reset if I close and reopen. Log after reset.

    BeeBEEP born to be portable so it tries to save date in the same folder of executables.
    Here the problem:
    10:55:55 [WARNING] "C:/Program Files (x86)/BeeBeep/beebeep-3.0.3/beebeep.ini" is not a writable path. Settings cannot be saved.

    You have placed BeeBEEP in a folder you can not write on.
    Don't worry. There is a simple solution according to BEEBEEP-HELP.txt.

    Copy and paste the file attached to C:/Program Files (x86)/BeeBeep/beebeep-3.0.3/
    beebeep.rc

    The configuration file contains 3 lines:
    [BeeBEEP]
    UseConfigurationFileIni=true
    SaveDataInUserApplicationFolder=true

    In that way BeeBEEP saves the settings in your default application data folder in the system.
    This fix your problem.
    Thank you!

    hello! Be aware that when you "close" beebeep by the X in the bar, BeeBEEP remains in system tray.
    To quit the application click on general menu and then quit.
    In this way you can do this without resetting pc.
    CLOSE on system tray option can be disabled right clicking on system tray icon ...

    (I don't really undestand the problem so maybe the answer may be not useful for you)
