We have just downloaded and all computers are connected except one, which will not find 2 other users. Used windows installer to install. We are not confident on computers but have used the same set up when installing on all so I'm not sure why just 1 is having issues

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! Don't worry if you are not very experienced with computers—we will get this sorted out step by step.
Since all other computers are working and you used the installer, the issue on this specific computer is usually caused by one of three common reasons:
When BeeBEEP opens for the first time, Windows usually asks for permission to allow the program through the firewall. If that prompt was closed or declined, Windows will block incoming connections on that specific computer.
How to check:
Open the Windows Start Menu and type "Allow an app through Windows Firewall".
Click Change settings (you may need administrator permission).
Find BeeBEEP in the list.
Make sure both the Private and Public checkboxes next to BeeBEEP are checked.
Click OK and restart BeeBEEP.
If you copied the installation folder or settings file from another PC (instead of doing a fresh installation on each), or if two users share the exact same username/account profile, BeeBEEP might think those computers are the same user and won't display them.
Fix: Make sure every computer has a unique User Name under Settings -> Profile (or Data Preferences).
Make sure this computer is connected to the exact same local network (and not, for example, a "Guest Wi-Fi" network or a secondary router).
Still not working? Let's check the Log!
If the steps above don't fix it, you can easily send me the diagnostic log from the computer having the issue so I can see exactly what is happening:
Open BeeBEEP on the computer that cannot see the other users.
Click on the top menu: Main -> Show the BeeBEEP log...
A window with text will open. Copy all the text (or click Save to file / Copy to clipboard).
Reply to this email [m a r c o . m a s t r o d d i -at- g m a i l . c o m ] and paste the log text here.
I'll review the log and let you know what is blocking the connection!
