The page http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-math/download_math.cgi
is correct. Download the binary archive (commons-math3-3.x-bin.tar.gz or .zip). Current version is 3.5, but everything from 3.2 and above should work. Inside, there is the required commons-math3-x.x.jar which you need to put into the plugins directory.

OK so I have got as far as downloading BeamProfiler_1.3 and ImageJ but im lost on what to download for Apache Commons Math library
when I search for that on Google I come across this page http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-math/javadocs/api-3.5/index.html I clicked on org.apache.commons.math3 but there's nothing to download ?
can I please get a link to what I need to download.
