When saving a run that is currently being simulated,
and the save would cause the status to change from
"simulating" to "invalid", then the GUI should ask the
user if they want to kill the simulation, since it's
data will not match the current input files.
Something like:
"Saving this run while it is simulating will cause the
input files to not match the output files. Would you
like to stop the running simulation and save this run
anyway?"
Buttons: Kill and Save, Save Only, Cancel (Don't kill,
and don't save).
