#2 X64 Problem

The BBWIN client cannot see more than 32 processors. We are running Windows 2003 Datacenter R2 SP2 X64 on an IBM x3950 partitioned server with 32 X Dual Core processors (64) and 128GB Ram.

BBWIN can see all 64 processors but only gathers information for 32, this skews the data for average processor utilization.

We were forced to remove the client from this server due to the inconsistent data. We monitor all of our 500+ servers with this tool and have been very happy with the tool, we would like to continue to use the tool on this system as well, but we need accurate data.

Please keep up the great work on this product, it is one of the best full featured enterprise class tools available...

Gotta have it (We will probably get up to 512GB soon)! I was amazed, it actually makes pretty good use of it.
