#51 BB4Win crashes when plugin not present

BB4Win was crashing on startup; I eventually fixed it
by changing the line
"Plugins\BBSystemBarex\BBSystemBarex.dll"
to
"Plugins\bbSystemBarex\bbSystemBarex.dll"

in my plugins.rc

In other words, a case discrepency between the entry in
the plugins.rc and the file's actual name and path
seems to have triggered the crash.

I just realized that when I edited my plugins.rc I replaced
bbsystembarex with the regular bbsystembar. Perhaps
bbSystemBarex caused the crash. Parsing of plugins.rc
appears to be case-insensitive.
