BayesRate is a program to estimate speciation and extinction rates from dated phylogenies in a Bayesian framework.

  • Since version 1.64 BayesRate requires Dendropy v. 4 (v. 3 no longer supported)
  • Since version 1.3, Python library DendroPy is required instead of rpy2
