Battle of Britain remake of PSS game CodeSVN

Testing drawing of multiple squadron positions - as black ovals with coordinates taken from an array. Needs a method to pass squadron positions from Squadron class to Map class

Draws position of a single squadron (as a black rectangular at 600,300). Needs to be rewritten to array of squadrons

somewhat better use of graphics (loads and shows a map of south Britain)
