Battle of Britain remake of PSS game CodeSVN

When selecting squadron which is part of a group, selection changes automatically to group leader.

Date and time now handled with Calendar class.
Probably eliminated problem with mouse not responding sometimes to user input. Problems with map painting occured when mouse coordinates were drawn - now switched off.

Day summary table shows plane losses (partially).

Day summary table still not working properly.

Added checking if squadron has been destroyed (inside pilotsDead methos, Squadron class).

Shows summary window at the end of day.

German bomber squadron leaves group if its leader has bombed target earlier and is already returning to base

Moved data files to new data folder.

Options Box buttons working:
Message Box can be hidden and shown again.
Showing of radar ranges is toggled by button in Options Box.

Luftwaffe squadrons are visible when in radar or ground lookouts range. Otherwise invisible (greyed out for testing purposes).

Information about Luftwaffe squadrons depends of being in range of ground lookouts (number of fighters and bombers) or radar stations (number of planes only).

Shows radar range on map.
