When you buy a pre-packaged version of RedHat, it comes with 2 manuals.
One is called the "installation guide" which is very thin and minimal,
and the other is called a "reference guide".  The one I have on my 
desk is for RedHat 6.1, but I'm sure they have a later version too.
I just looked kickstart up in the index and found the section on 
post installation configuration.
