#8 reply-to broken for similar domain names

In the "Settings" page, under the "Reply-to" field, if the
local domain has a name of abc.COM and you want the
reply-to address to be abc.ORG, it will not notice a
difference and continue to use abc.COM. However, if
you change the full name to bcd.com or bcd.org, it will
make the change.
