[base] RawBioAssay Plotter Page Not Found

I'm having trouble using the HTML plot tool.  When I try to preview a plot, an 
empty image displays.  When I try to download a plot, I get the apache error 
page stating "The Page Cannot Be Found".  My URL appears as follows:

DOMAIN/assay_plotter.phtml/18_1_0_25_51___0_0_0_800_600_%5B%2B%2F%2B%5D%5BHrn%
2FHrn%5D+Hyb+1+%232.txt?i_t=1048788657309

I tried changing the .phtml/ to .phtml?, because I thought it odd there would 
be a / before a query string, and this produced an error from BASE stating 
"Error: No BioAssay specified".

Does the above URL look correct?  Any ideas how to fix this?
